- I’m a good and regular mountain hiker.
- I am physically active all year round.
- My physical condition allows me to walk at altitude for 6 to 7 hours a day.
- I would like to take full advantage of the pleasures of mid-range mountain hiking, with some challenging and extensive hikes.
Sports hiking trips involve 6 to 7 hours’ walking a day with an average difference in altitude of over 1000 metres. The itineraries are on good mountain trails, sometimes with a few more technical sections, or off-piste sections but with no difficulties, and sometimes with ridges and/or steep slopes. If this is a touring trip, I’ll need to be able to carry a rucksack weighing around 8kg.
